All our services — including SEO, website development, content writing, and digital marketing — are customized and time-based. Due to the personalized nature of our work, refunds are generally not provided once a project has commenced.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be considered only if:
- The project has not yet started, and the client has made a written cancellation request within 48 hours of payment.
- Duplicate payments were made due to a technical error.
- The service could not be delivered due to our internal limitations or unforeseen technical issues on our end.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the project has started.
- Delays or performance issues caused by client-side inaction, lack of communication, or incomplete requirements.
- Results not meeting subjective expectations (e.g., lower rankings, slower growth), as outcomes depend on external factors.
- Partial project completion — as resources and time are already invested.
4. Project Revisions or Adjustments
Instead of refunds, Expertza may offer reasonable project revisions or service adjustments to resolve client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
5. Payment Disputes
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please email info@expertza.com within 7 business days of payment, including your project details and reason for the request. Each case will be reviewed individually.
6. Agreement Acceptance
By engaging with our services or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
